Is there a service that will send me alert via email or SMS when price touches certain moving average in Forex?

Hi,

Im looking for a service that will send me alert via email or SMS to my cell phone, when price of a forex pair touch/near a certain indicator such as Moving average.

I want it to do it without using my computer.

Anyone has idea which site has this function?

Yes, MT4 has this function with EA. However I want to run it without turn on my computer. Unless I want to host at a host, but then I would just put it at my computer for this purpose.

Any other ideas?
